Blarney Woollen Mills Hotel - BW Signature Collection

Beautiful building, great breakfast. Parking was tricky.

Distance to the airport was just 12 miles. Had high quality and recently refurbished room with separate bathroom and 2 windows and coffee.

Central location in large cafe.

Couple getaway with some hiccups

The breakfast room was excellent lots of food and hot food cooked to order and served by waitress. The check-in guy was really friendly.

It wasn't cheap but I guess for what we got it was acceptable.

I ate at a bright restaurant for dinner.

Very close to blarney castle and within walking distance to pubs/restaurants

We had a proper triple room (with 3 good-sized single beds) in a comfortable old-style room. The hotel itself has lots of character, and is located in a perfect setting - a stone's throw from Blarney Castle and the lovely village. The staff were wonderful and there was a choice of three places to eat in the hotel. There was ample, free parking and we were surprised at how close this lovely, picturesque village is to Cork city.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great for visiting Blarney Castle. Also great shopping ar Woollen Mills and good self-service restaurant.

The room was en suite and new-fashioned with separate bathroom and STUNNINGly beautiful views. Dinner and breakfast food was lovely.

The staff was competent plus the location was magnificent and unbeatable. Everything was very good and within 21 minutes' drive of Cork airport. The breakfast meal was fresh with a cappuccino and a pastry, for instance.

We stayed one night at the blarney woollen mills hotel and we found it very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast in the mills restaurant and it was very relaxed and plenty to choose from the menu. We would recommed the hotel to our friends and we would stay again.

The location is very good . its only 20 mins to cork city but if your more interested in sightseeing there are plenty of places to visit within an hours drive.

It did not have anything extra than a standard double room so why make you think you are getting something special. Staff in dining room more interested in cleaning away tables than tending to your needs. It should have a self service system if they are not going to train their staff properly.

Everything was fantastic, except parking.

The room far exceeded our expectations - large, comfortable, good view. The mill restaurant was fab for breakfast and all the staff were very helpful.

Reviews were nt great so I was surprised to find a lovely room.comfy bed. The ceilings need a bit of attention but other that that the room was perfect.We had lovely scones with jam and cream and two teas in the restaurant. 5Euro for two people which is great value.These was a set dinner menu for 19 euro and a family Sunday dinner deal for 29 euro. More hotels could take a leaf out of The Blarney Wollen Mills book. The Blarney Wollen Mills shop is lovely. Georgous delph, linen and Meadows & Byrnes are there for lovely household stuff. I could spend hours there. Was quiet at night. We did nt go down the village where there would probably be music. Everythng very close. Beautiful Church just behind the hotel. Did the castle before. Did nt go this time.About 10 mins to Cork city by car.
